The bow stake, is a T-stake that is 17" long and 1.5x1.25" at he center. Forged and hardened from 4140 it has a gentle curve running its full length. One end is rounded with a flatter radius, while the other comes to an edge with a tighter radius.
 
This stake is very vesatile, and can be used to form large dishes, to tall and skinny vessels that have a subtley curved profile. the varying radius also makes a nice shape to form cuffs and bracets.
